This is quite a lengthy list, and I’m not saying we need to practice every single one of the habits every single day of our lives. These habits are ones that I strongly believe we should keep in mind OFTEN. In this list, find 3-5 things you can begin to implement in your life. This list is designed to help and encourage us to conquer our days, fulfill our purpose, and develop our intellect as Women. Imagine the impact we can make when we empower ourselves for ourselves!

  3. Practice deliberate self-care

  4. Find inspiration daily

  5. Constantly seek self-development opportunities

  6. Trust your instincts

  7. Listen to your body

  8. Limit your screen time

  9. Write in your journal

  11. Take care of your hair

  12. Take care of your skin

  13. Surround yourself with love

  14. Remember where you’ve come from

  16. Require respect from others
